Aftermath
Mann Hall Redevelopment

The City of Spokane as Local Redevelopment Authority has passed on the following Reuse Plan for the Mann Hall Army Reserve Center to the Department of Defense and HUD.

While the community based effort to bring manufacturing and job development to Hillyard is not dead, last minute amendments to the plan at the City Council meeting have left a window for the plan.  It is possible future lobbying will be necessary, please check back for more information.
