THIRD SEASON
 

Ferris wheel spinning, Market Street Market opened for the third season May 6th. If I may say, what a long strange trip it's been! Along the way we have evolved into something rather more and definitely better than anything we envisioned.
A lot of surprises have come our way, some a little difficult to get past. Great partners and community support have helped enable M.S.M. to live and breath. The third time is the charm, as they say, and many changes are coming to Market Street Market.

Market Street Market opened with a wonderful children's carnival. The "Has Beens and Wannabees" put on an incredible display of traditional kids games in only one months time. Kids of all ages went home with prizes and smiles.
The N.W.R.F. held a mini renaissance festival with a hilarious re-enactment of high tea in the court of Henry the VIII.  Newlyweds passing by stopped and asked for pictures on the Ferris wheel.

A work in progress, M.S.M. is building a youth sports center to be offering boxing, basketball, wrestling, baseball, and tetherball. We now provide outdoor covering for vendors and are working on a cobble courtyard. Along with the indoor vendor space we have areas for auctions, shows, dances and entertainment in the New Groove room. Public amenities are being improved. The new heating system will allow us to offer our services all year around.
