CLIQUE' OR
COMMUNITY
by Karen Tuininga
What is
this really all about? Just what really happens
within small civic entities that... ummm, work?
Dictionary explanation of the notorious term
"clique'" means "small, exclusive group." The word
exclusive is the hang up here. Maybe I'm just blonde

Trace
by
Patricia Cornwell
These reviews that I write are supposed to be on “oldies but goodies.”
Thing is, I just found the newest book by one of my favorite authors and
I couldn’t help but read it. I guess I ran out of time, so now I have
this review to do, but no time to read another book, so I’ve come up

most loyal to: Patricia Cornwell.

by
Brooke Plastino
The Hillyard

the same family oriented neighborhood
celebration, this year’s festival promises
to be one of the best in recent years.
No one is quite sure when it all got started
but by 1913 there was an annual Harvest
festival held the first weekend of October.
Hillyardites and local farmers gathered to
celebrate the harvests bounty, socialize and
