Volume 8:
My Favorite Websites

The last few Hillyardite's Guide to Computers and Stuff articles have been pretty schoolish and lessony.  (Those sooo aren't real words)  I decide for this month's edition I would bring you something more fun.  I decided to share with you some of the websites I visit in my increasingly limited spare time; I decided to present you with some websites to try.  These are some of the websites I visit when I'm not at www.historic-hillyard.com.  (Shameless plug)

Hillyard Holiday Celebration
December 2nd and 3rd

As most of you know this will be the 4th year of the Hillyard Holiday Celebration. During the first three years Teri (from Bank of America), Nancy (from Big Sky's Tavern), Ann Marie Hamilton and I have been at the helm of organizing the event.  It has been great fun and we have learned a lot and met tons of great people.  I learned Friday that some of our participants have gone to the other small business communities and told them what a great event we offer.
